Is there anything that you don't do?

Actually there’s very little that we can’t do for you as long as it’s legal; so ask us.

How do you use the information I provide you?

We take our privacy policy very seriously. Any data you provide us will be used only for the purposes you have agreed to.

Do you need us to give you a key?

If you have regular services that require us to enter your home when you’re not there, it’s best that you provide us with a key. If you’re not immediately comfortable with this, we will pick up a key from your mailbox and return it when the service/assignment has been completed.

Can I buy a gift certificate for your services?

Absolutely; we have many gift packages available on our gift certificate product line. But don’t be limited to what you see, we’d be happy to customize something for you.

How do I pay?

We’re happy to receive payment via Paypal, Visa or MasterCard.


Are you Bonded & Insured?

Yes we have the appropriate corporate liability insurance for our industry, as well all our Lifestyle managers are bonded. So put your faith in us and rest easy.

Do we have to pay a membership fee or buy a block of time?

No, there are no membership fees. Your only cost is for work we deliver. We’re also happy to contract with you by the hour, or by the task. It’s just more cost effective to buy in bulk.

I’m worried that you may not take my small tasks seriously enough; should I be?

The majority of the relationships we have with our clients started by running small errands. Big or small, we treat all assignments with the same level of excellent service and priority.

What areas do you serve?

We provide full services to the broadest possible interpretation of the GTA: as far west as Hamilton; as far east as Oshawa; as far north as Brampton and Aurora.
